Get to know me

Hi there,

I’m Jackie, I’m a Project Manager, former Firefighter, and passionate about personal growth. However, if you want to know me well, the most important thing you should know is that I’m a Christian, a wife, and I have a great passion for campus ministry.

This space was created to share our lives from the smallest and most practical things to the biggest and most important as we strengthen our faith in Christ.

Let’s be friends and create a community not only for us to share ideas and conversations, but to create a safe space for those girls who are growing up without a good mentor/friend by their side.

This is my husband, Charlie. Our calling together began when we led campus ministry during our time in college at the UCR in San Jose, Costa Rica. From that moment on, we realized that God had placed in us a passion for this particular area.

We grew up in the same youth group, his parents were our Youth Leaders. Today, along with Fiorella (you will know more about her in the blog), we are leading the youth group at our local church, the International Baptist Church in Costa Rica.
