3 healthy breakfast ideas that will make you enjoy breakfast time

Are you starting to change your lifestyle and have no idea how or with what to start? Well, let’s start the day with a healthy breakfast. Sound good to you? Here are 3 healthy breakfast ideas that have made my breakfast time one that I really enjoy.

Before we begin I want to let you know that I am also in the process of building a better lifestyle, so, read this as if you were talking to a friend, we are in this process together.

1. Overnight oats:

This has been a game-changer for me. What I use is instant oatmeal, skim milk, and fruit. Feel free to use whatever you like.

What you do is place the oatmeal in a bowl with a lid, add milk at the level of the oatmeal, add a little bit of sugar, and cut up some fruit to put on top. The secret is to let the oatmeal sit overnight in the refrigerator, the next morning you will have a delicious and nutritious breakfast to start your day.

2. Scrambled eggs with toast.

This is very basic, isn’t it? However, this breakfast option is really nutritious. If you do not want to vary much, you can make yourself a couple of scrambled eggs, a piece of whole wheat toast, and a piece of fresh cheese.

This is one of the breakfasts that my husband particularly enjoys.

3. Sourdough toast

This was one of the breakfasts I enjoyed the most in Germany, is a different but creative option. If you want to try sourdough bread you can make your own toast. Usually, just one piece of bread is enough to fill your stomach, try putting some cheese, avocado, egg, or anything you enjoy and is healthy.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring. What I want you to understand is that we should not be afraid of bread, butter, or cheese. We can enjoy these foods as long as we remember that balance is important.
